Best hotel if you’re looking to stay in the area. Good prices and the room was very nice and quiet even though its on a busy soi. Would stay here again and again.

The hotel was in a great location! On Sukhumvit 11, so you’re near the nightlife but the hotel is situated in a way that you don’t hear it. Upon arrival, A lady named named Suwang checked us in. She did not greet us or welcome us. When I arrived she just said “passports” not even a hello or any greeting! She did not present any good customer service skills which was unfortunate. Upon check out, a gentleman named Dabru checked us out. He was extremely kind and respectful thank you to him. We were on the 7th floor, and the house keeping lady who took care of that floor was the sweetest! I forgot her name but she made our stay so pleasant everyday with her kind smiles and warm greetings. A very big thank you to her! . The Room was nice (we stayed 7 days in total) . Food at the restaurant was good but breakfast was ok except the egg station which was good! We absolutely loved the location, close to many restos, 7/11, nightlife etc

Very nice hotel. Great staff! Very popular tourist area in Bangkok. Easy BTS. Street can be very noisy at night. Mostly the hotell is quiet, but the front rooms with large windows can be noisy. Chose rooms at the back of the hotel if that is a issue for you. Nice breakfast buffet.

Location is great. I like to walk, but taxi services were very convenient. A lot of dining options close by. In regards to the hotel....VERY friendly staff, very clean, and all employees seem really happy. I will be back in 10 months!

The hotel is good value for money, clean and has good facilities (pool, gym and restaueants. The staffs were very helpful. The stay invluded breakfast which has very good choices of food. The hotel is near to BTS skytrain which is very convenient.

Not as good a visit as usual. Room ok, but noisier than usual. Breakfast not as well staffed as usual. Staff not responsive to requests for items normally provided at their breakfast. We stay here frequently and know that they normally provide better service.

You may hear just a little muffled music but it did not bother me at all. Very easy to walk to/from Nana BTS station. Nice little pub on the corner ... not related to the hotel but good menu. Bkk prices. The young woman that cleans my room was just exceptional. She was super friendly and attentive. May be the best thing about staying here. Hope she is recognized by her employers as a true positive and a represents their company well. I would stay again...sure.

A good location for activities, unfortunately this made my room in particular excessively noisy with the non-stop beat of dance music through to 4am. My fault, in part, for not requesting a room change after the first night. But an ideal location in the Sukhumvit area with close access to rapid transit, shopping, and all the pleasures there are to offer.
