A good stay in a nice hotel. The pool was lovely and large, pool attendants kind and helpful. Rooms could use a deep clean as there was grime around the bath sink water overflow opening (room 1724). A light refresh of the wood features in the room would be well worth it. Breakfast was quite good.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, large suite, excellent room service and breakfast. Lots of shopping amenities attached. Pool was huge with waterfall hot tub. An oasis to relax at. Would highly recommend.

Great stay at the Conrad. Good service from the staff from front desk, concierge, housekeeping & cafes including the bell hops. But would prefer the room to have more drinking water. Also if the Spa facilities to be more reasonably priced. Overall a great hotel

I have stayed here before and was impressed by the good service and comfort of the executive lounge. I stayed for four nights this time, and the staff were always smiling and friendly, and all the facilities were clean. On my last day, I was even allowed to use the shower after checking out, so I was able to feel refreshed before my flight. Thank you for making it a wonderful vacation!

Staff at the Conrad are utterly wonderful. Rooms are luxurious. The pool is an oasis.

Excellent customer care n attention. Very helpful staff at all level from chamber, cafe to concierge - 5 star service. Rooms need a new carpet ...looks tired n due for a good scrub! Otherwise everything is very good.
