The staff was super nice and always willing to help. My room was cleaned up almost everyday and restocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Just overall a great place to stay if youre around Bangkok.

As for travelers, safety come first. Then room cleanliness, bed, wifi...etc. This hotel provided all that i expected as a traveler.
