No Complaints here, it was nice!!
I really enjoyed my stay. The room (603) was quite clean and had everything I wanted/needed. The restaurant also had great food!

Sore neck from rock pillows…
I like Bourbon Street because you can have a nice meal at their restaurant and pub and then spend the night. Convenient and low cost. But I may not return because their pillows are rock hard and huge. I literally had a sore neck the entire following day from sleeping there. The next morning I asked staff about pillow options and was told no. So I recommend you either bring your own pillow or schedule a massage for the following morning. You’ll need it.

Very nice place with updated room. Our only complaint was that the water temperature could not be controlled in the sink and shower. It was either too hot or not warm enough. We had to take quick showers.

Bourbon Street is my ‘Go To’ Hotel/Bar/Restaurant in Bangkok. The staff have all worked there for decades and the bar is the best place in Bangkok to have a nice meal and tip a beverage with many great regulars in the city. It is super easy to grab a cab and dart off to the airport on a early morning departure and its also close to the BTS. I have stayed there dozens of times and it’s just a great place. Owners are always available and accommodating. Simply put - I love this place!

One Night in Bangkok
The room was nice but sadly the bed wasn't. It was two single beds pushed together and as the hotel was not actually full they could have at least put us in a room with a decent bed. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to all mass transportation in the city. We loved the homey feel of the hotel and restaurant. One of the owners was always around and genuinely very attentive. The restaurant’s menu showcased New Orleans’ type foods which turned out to be exceptionally good. We added a day to our stay solely because of this hotel and restaurant. My only complaint, and I get the sanitary aspect, but encasing the mattress and pillows with plastic does not make for a good night sleep. The pillows crinkle and the mattress makes one sweat...not good, but all in all an excellent place to stay in downtown Bangkok!

This property is a combination of restaurant, oyster bar, and boutique hotel. It's only minutes from the main street and BTS train station. For those who needs to catch any minivan for trip, the Ekkamai minivan station is right there. Full breakfast is included. It's clean and comfortable.

Very clean and accommodating. Helped me track down lost phone in taxi no problem. Good At giving travel and tourism ideas. Highly recommend. And if your in the mood for authentic southern US Thanksgiving dinner this is the place. Over several days.

This hotel is ideal for short stay in Bangkok. Close to bts Ekkamai, close to busstation...but room is quiet. Breakfast is very good !

I have stayed here several times over the last year and the thing that disappoints me is the lack of consistency in the rooms. They range from excellent to so so, this stay the room was nice but lacked simple things like a bedside table and the furniture layout(1 sofa) was such that you couldn't see the TV. The bathtub setup was poor and water ran across the floor, 50 Baht of cement would solve this. Also the balcony railing had bird crap on it and a 30 second wipe down was all that was needed. All in all I like the place and will stay again. The staff, restaurant and location(BTS stop & Ekamia bus station) make for a pleasant stay.

Excellent for short stay
Small hotel close to bus station and to bts, only 5 min walking. Very friendly staff. Breakfast can be taken all day.... (good choise options and good coffee) Check out 1200 hrs but possibility to leave luggage in hotel. I will stay on this hotel again !

Disappointed by staff lack of cleaning
The sliding glass door in the bathroom had old toothpaste on it. I told 3 different staff and it was never cleaned. One day the sink was plugged. I called the owner and she asked if it was plugged before we got there? It took 24 hours before they unplugged it. We didn't get toilet paper one day. The bathroom mirror didn't get cleaned one day. Another day the garbage didn't get cleaned off the table.

The servers and housekeepers are nice But unfortunately, my most disappointing experience is their laundry. It's a total rip-off. I had my clothes washed and the price was so unreasonable. I was in a hurry to pay it because I was in a hurry for my departure and I realized it when I'm back in the US how much they charged me. I asked for reconsideration but to no avail.

The sewer smell coming from the shower took away from the rating. Outside of that the hotel looked newly renovated and was clean. If it weren't for that, I would have given the hotel a 4/5 rating.

I stayed 4 nights there in the new building. It has a smell from the washroom, noisy just beside a construction building who works very early at 7 am including weekend Room was small, King size bed and a sofa less than one feet from the bed !

Solid Stay!
Bourbon St. is a very solid stay for a very reasonable rate. The staff is attentive, very friendly and highly trained. Rooms are no-frills but clean and provide more than enough comfort.

Last minute booking
I made a very late booking 20 minutes before I arrived. Very much worth the effort. Small clean and comfortable accommodation within 5 minutes of the Eckami bus station and rail station. Great Restaurant as well

Great safe location
Nice mattress, small room but nicely remodeled, and location is in a very good part of town. Great for simple folks like me who don't plan to be relaxing at the hotel and would rather be out site seeing.

Nice rooms attached to a restaurant
Not so much a hotel as a restaurant with rooms attached, as such the hotel does not have a lobby so there is nowhere to leave your bags say if your check out is before your pickup.The restaurant is pleasant at the upper end of BangKok restaurants. I stayed in a deluxe room which was pleasantly decorated however it had that feature I really dislike, Instaed of a king bed the room had two single mattresses pushed together and makeup as one. The reality is that the mattresses always separate. Somewhat unpleasant.

I stayed here to be near Ekamai Bust station to travel to Koh Chang in the morning. The hotel is located above a very popular American restaurant that has good food and draft beer. The rooms are a bit spartan but very clean, strong internet, good size. I recommend it for people who want to stay around the Ekamai/Sukhumvit area. Only two blocks from Ekamai Skytrain station.

Great hotel and restaurant!
This is my second stay here at Bourbon Street Hotel and Restaurant. Stayed in the newly opened hotel wing 2 doors down from restaurant. 24 hour reception and super clean and comfortable room. A nice surprise to find myself upgraded to adjoining room suite #305. This room runs the full width of building and has a balcony with table and chairs. Bedroom offers a huge king bed, refrigerator, safe, lots of lights, some with dimmers and a well appointed bathroom with tub/shower. The adjoining room offers a great sitting room with a nice couch and chair, fridge, wet bar, T.V., and a bathroom with shower. A wonderful layout, great for entertaining. The breakfast is great, cooked to order served in the restaurant. Recommend the sausage which is made special for Bourbon St. I will continue stay and eat here when I visit Bangkok.

We stayed there for two days. My overall experience was very good. Once I just asked for an extra bed sheet which they said they didn't have. The last day elevator was broken but it's find because the building is not very tall.
