Very basic accomodation no hot water in bathroom wash basin - had to boil kettle for shaving. Rainfall shower would not run hot Internet wi fi very weak Airport transfer charged - says included in description

The hotel is in a peaceful and lush setting. After our long flight, we spent 2 days relaxing at the pool and the canalside restaurant.

My husband and I checked into Arnanta last minute after our flight got delayed, there were so many great food and drink options at the restaurant to enjoy either by the pool or down by the river. It felt like a lovely Santuary and was easy to forget we were so close to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was not hot however we have found that to be a recurring theme during our stay in Thailand so may need to be something that is expected. It was also very easy to arrange a shuttle to the airport for when needed, we would gladly stay here again.

The room is in very clean and spacious. Much more updated than we expected. Massage costs are about $12-$20 so very reasonable based on US prices.

The room is old and smelly… the A/C is not cold enough after turned on for 2 hours. There was some banging noise from the nearby property. I couldn’t stay so I checked out after 2 hours and moved into another hotel near by.

This is a great spot for a layover; it's very close to the airport, with a nice quiet, leafy space to relax in (a couple of nice pools too), right on the canal. It's close to a couple of malls for anything you might need.

We stayed for a few nights with our family because of the great price. For the price, it was what we expected. The rooms were mostly clean, but one of our rooms had a serious mold problem. The wall was covered in mold and the smell was very strong. There’s a large fridge in each room, but no cutlery. When we asked for a knife to cut the fruit we purchased, staff would not give us one! Shower pressure was very low, and only luke warm. The pools were great, staff very friendly mostly and helpful to arrange food delivery and taxis. The area is very close to a shopping mall, restaurants, 7 eleven, and a grocery store. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but this is not a long term kind of place, and you get what you pay for. Nice rooms with balconies facing the swimming pool. Great for entertaining the kids. Nice restaurant next to a small klong. The seating for the restaurant is next to the Klong so it was nice. They provided transportation to the Airport for 200 baht a couple. Friendly staff. No complaints!

Well managed hotel very close to the airport that features a large pool area shaded by palm trees creating a nice oasis for relaxation. My room was just a basic room, large size, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Hotel is a short walk to a shopping area with multiple food options. They also have their own restaurant. Good choice of a hotel.

So this place has ants crwaling all ever the wall. Plus mosquitos in droves. Imuar have been bitten at keast 50 times if i had know it was by a large pond i never woupd have booked there. The food not good at all. Back avout 20 years ago it was a nice hotel. Not so much any more..

Place is great for one night in Bangkok - arriving or departing. Restaurant is good and the Paseo mall and a night market are 10 minutes away. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet could be better.

Nice quiet hotel on the canal, less than 15 minutes from Bangkok airport. Very nice modern rooms. Two pools. Awesome massage by Simone. Great variety of lunch and supper menu. Love the tropical landscape throughout. Our third visit will be in February.

Ordered room online and when we got there we had to pay for another night since we came very early. Second night was double the price. They made us move to another room where the air conditioner leaked.

When we first pulled up in the alley (the entrance to the hotel) it was a bit scary. The place is tucked in, away from the busy street but not far enough to walk to the main street. The hotel was pretty decent, it has a lot of charm and its pretty unique. The room is a good size but the bed is a little too firm for me. I wish the staff at the front desk were a little friendlier. Overall, it was a good experience.

Beds are typical thai beds so they are very hard. Wish I could find soft bed when traveling to Thailand. The location is nice and quiet. Not many people to bother you. It is real close to the airport. They have a shuttle bus that will take you to the airport for Two hundred baht.
