Great fir a US Embassy trip

We stayed here since it is close to the US embassy where we had an appointment for citizenship for our newborn. We did this 2.5 years ago for our first born and stayed here as well. The place is excellent overall with superb service and a very comfortable room (we got the 1BR suite). The hotel is in a great location with a small shopping mall and numerous restaurants within walking distance. We ordered in for the most part given the coronavirus situation with two young kids in tow, which brings me to my only major complaint. The kitchenette was not stocked very well and could have used some liquid detergent for washing dishes. Luckily we brought our own but had to call for a sponge, and only got dish towels the second day. It wasn’t clear to us what was standard for the room but since it is a residence hotel, we expected to be able to eat a delivered meal And clean up a little more easily. Otherwise it was a nice stay, and we would definitely come back if ever the need arises to make a trip to the embassy.

Stringent ruled hotel

We had to wait till 2pm to check in even though rooms were available. Promised a room on the 14th floor and ended up on the 8th. If we had persisted on 14th floor then another 2 hour wait. Deposit of B2000 is a must before check-in. Buffet breakfast was okay. Didn't use the pool nor gym. Bring your own detergent and softener if you intend to run the washing machine. The room had many appliances and a balcony.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to BTS was a great convenience. I didn’t like the microwave and kettle. A newer kettle and oven is more flexible than microwave. It makes my tarts hard

レセプションは無駄話をしながら対応。 設備修理を依頼して「明日直す」と約束したにも関わらず、直してない。 ハウスキーピングはチップによって清掃レベルを変える。 アメニティが不足しているは、バスマットは変えない。 ホテルサービスが機能していない最低のホテルです。

good but rooms need some cosmetic improvement

I still like Aetas Residence because it has kitchen facilities and washing machine which is useful if you travel light, hand luggage only. Service is good but rooms getting a little tired at the edges.

Nice property but the city smell is terrible. Dirty sewage smell throughout the place. Also, don't book anything through the concierge. Total rip off.

그냥 일반적인 숙소(태국이라는 점을 감안할 때는 싸지는 않음)

역에서 숙소로 가는 길이 그기 좋지는 못하므로, 역까지 태워주는 서비스를 번거롭더라도 매일 이용하면 좋다. 호텔시설은 평범하다(태국이라는 점을 감안하여). 직원들은 친절하지도 안하지도 않은 내가 지내는 데 불편함이 없는 서비스를 제공한다. 왠만한 음식은 재료를 구입해서 본인이 조리하고 싶으면 할 수 있다. 공항에서 호텔까지 택시서비스는 일반 가격보다 3배 정도 비싸므로 이용하지 않는 것이 좋다. 근처 BTS역까지 무료서틀만 매일 이용하면 좋다.

I had an okay stay. The place is very outdated and looks more outdated in person than in the pictures. Generally the staff were friendly but for what I payed, I don't think it was worth it. There are plenty better places to stay nearby for the same price. I also found a lot of mould in my bathroom which was unpleasant.

Great location on Ruamrudee, just behind All Seasons. Rooms comfy and clean. Washing machine a big plus for an extended stay. Breakfast excellent value and service extraordinary. Gym and pool facilities perfect and not crowded. Will stay again.

The property and location are both very good, my only compliant is that rollaway beds or couches that turn into a bed are not available, other than that everything was great. An option for an extra bed would have been nice.

Overall OK n pleasant stay

First of all I would like to express a very special thanks to one of the most pleasant n helpful staff with the name of PANIDA whom works at the front desk reception ! Location is OK, not far from the city n avoid the noise area. Room a bit old condition n one thing would like to complaint is : the body shampoo pump is totally not working at all n I have made SEVERAL times complaint to the housekeeper but they didn't manage to fix it nor get a replacement, thus I forced to shower with the SOAP during my 4 days stay there ! Luckily they provide the body lotion otherwise i can't imagine how dry my skin be after many times shower with the soap ..... Overall I would comment this hotel quite pretty comfortable n OK to stay especially for those with family members. Breakfast is so so. ALL the hotel staffs are very well manner n always carry with their friendly smile ! Last but not least, i would rate this hotel as 4 stars instead of 5 stars as per rated in hotel website.
