「禮賓處的人員非常的友善，從剛到飯店到退房都記得我的名字，甚至告訴我，我對他來說很重要，每一個顧客都是。 非常推薦入住的酒店。」

「The staff disconnected the phone service, internet service, and did not supply towel and soap. They were never curteous towards me. They had rude behavior. They took lot of money for extending one night and did not supply towel, shampoo or soap even after requestion in person. They disconnected the room service intercom and the internet.」

「Overall service is confortable」

「Great stay. The room well conserved in a hotel located in the very city center. You can't avoid the street noise, but that's the pulse of Bangalore. Good attended but accomodation personal, without any issue. Recommended. 」

「Somehow staffs are not supportive but it is ok.」

「I stayed there during my short Banglore visit, staff was kind, hotel was neat and clean, I like that it was spacious, 5 star amenities and floor was all marble and clean , you can find things in 4-5 star hotels, only thing is toilet faucet was leaking which I let staff know and they fixed it. I wish shampoo pouches were more as I have long hair. But overall nice experience being a woman solo traveler I felt safe there in hotel, mattress was comfortable I slept well. Price is also very moderate....

「Friendly helpful staff. Clean property. Gear location and restaurant.」

「Comfortable rooms. Polite staff. Breakfast begins really late at 7:45 so cannot eat before heading out. Restaurant is very good. Centrally located. 」

However, when I asked about the checkout timing, I was given vague responses like, "We will inform you." Later that night, they finally informed me that only a 24-hour stay was allowed. If I wanted to extend even by an hour, I had to pay an additional ₹1,000! This was...

「A very small property located in a bazaar area. Rooms were comfortable and staffs were very polite. Was difficult to get auto or taxi from and to this property 」
