"This property is nice but a bit far from major attractions. We did run into some flooding from our shower and they fixed it right away. As an apology, they gave us dehydrated strawberries and a lovely note. The hotel was clean and the rooftop patio was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel."

"Our overall stay for one night was good. The hotel is more like a 3.5 star hotel. Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel that the hotel is listed online (please be prepared). We stayed one night at the hotel before an early flight the next morning. If you’re looking for basic hotel standards with a reliable airport shuttle, this hotel is adequate.
Pros: Airport Shuttle was excellent! We took the 5:35am shuttle and the ride went very smoothly. The Front Office Manager (Max) was very helpful and communicated with us via email & WhatsApp regarding our reservation. We appreciated Max for his service.
Cons: The room was dated and definitely not to standard of a 5-star hotel. The shower/tub was not working properly and had to have the maintenance worker adjust the knob for the shower to work. The air conditioning and Wifi were ok, but not very strong for both. The breakfast buffet was limited."

"I live in Pattaya and travel to Bangkok overnight twice a month . This is my favorite hotel . I also get my nails done at the nail shop there . Mira is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet . She does a fabulous job and makes the whole experience very enjoyable . The young men that greet you at the lobby are so kind and helpful . I really look forward to staying here twice a month"
