"We had an excellent 3 night stay. Bed very comfortable, quiet and clean on the 5th floor. All the staff were fantastic all very friendly. Jar in the riverside bar was excellent along with everyone else. We had a dinner and lunch at the Italian restaurant it was superb staff once again fantastic.
River boat to station or ICONSIAM a great way to travel on the river. There was a mix up with our transport to the airport but was quickly fixed by Diamond. We will stay again. "

"This hotel is older. I first stayed there in 2002 and chose to return as it is familiar, near to BST station and with lots of nearby convenience shops. The room was large and clean, the beds comfy and good aircon. There was a mix up with booking for breakfast being only for one person yet the room for 2 persons but this was rectified. It feels safe here and the staff although busy are friendly."
