"Topical 1980’s property. Has seen a few upgrades but flooring was separated and lots of old carpet that adds to the musty/ mildew oder. Couch has seen far better days and we had a fur critter peep out from under it. No AC, there are fans. The supplies are limited and lack basic essentials like sharp knives (could cut a plastic bag), spatulas, plastic wrap… the condo was clean but the chairs outside were very dirty and there was mold of some kind in the upstairs bathroom all around the caulking and in some of the grout. The gym has equipment older than me. We enjoyed the walk to town from the property.
Note: the staff was notified about the rodent and they offered to move us but we didn’t want to pack everything up. Think this is an ongoing issue. A couple resident kittens could help them out."
