"The indoor pool area needs a good cleaning and the hot tub was barely even warm. The room/suite was spacious, but all items in our room were very worn. The bed was comfortable, tho! Breakfast was good- typical items including waffles, eggs, bacon etc. "

My poor 9 year old had to take a cold shower for her dance competition. No staff at the front desk the next morning to discuss options. "
