"The all inclusive is not all inclusive. You csn only eat at one restaurant. We spent $800 on food at all inclusive resort. Its an additional charge for everything."

"A decent hotel and the suite we stayed in was lovely. Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely. The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the resort, returning home only today. Amenities at the resort are good, the food for the all inclusive is ok, but could do with more variety. The separate Italian restaurant is exceptional food and service."
