「Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

「Un esperienza mai provata prima!! Terribile!! Arrivati, sembrava tutto ok..poi entro in camera e il letto era sdifatto! Qualcuno ci aveva dormito .. asciugamani usati gettati a terra! Anche in bagno stessa cosa.. ascigamani usati sporcizia! La casa praticamente non era stata pulita! Panico!!! Cerco di contatatre tramite la app..ma niente, nessuna risposta! Era gia sera. Impossibile trovare un altra soluzione..quindi sono dovuta andare a comprare lenzuoli, asciugamani e pulire io!!! Che...
