A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course.

Swimming pool should open till 10pm. Closes so early at 7pm. No lights at the beach at night . No other activities organized by the hotel . Very boring .

We truly appreciate your constructive feedback as it always helps us to monitor our operation more closely. During the day we have a great variety of complimentary nature based activities on offer including our morning and evening nature walks, Morning dong stick excercise, tidal pool walks, bird watching and terrarium making classes, all done by our resident Naturalists. In addition, our spa offers a few complimentary wellness workshops throughout the week. We do close our swimming pools at the above time as we do the pool water treatment as this takes up to 12 hours time. Indeed we have not added any lighting on the beach as the beach is also the location where turtles come from time to time and lay their eggs. The breakfast was quite inconvenient as there was long queue and we have to wait. Other than this it’s quite pleasant stay. House keeping service is good.

Gorgeous property, warm hospitality
Amazing 3D2N stay at this classy resort. Extremely hospitable and welcoming staff. Somewhat limited F&B choices but the quality of what was available was very high. Beautiful stretch of beach readily accessible from the hotel.
