"Easily accessible by 15-20 minute speedboat transfer. Warm hospitality and impeccable service. Breakfast menus change each day. Dinner inclusion in half-board is different each night so get to try different cuisine. Same butler (Mr/Ms Friday) throughout the entire stay which is great. "Really liked our stay at Star Shell. The staff are excellent and super helpful. We were travelling with two young kids and honestly their service and friendliness really made our trip so much easier. We were always helped with our luggage without asking and with no expectation of a tip. I would highly recommend using theit airport service.
The room was excellent and surprisingly modern and spacious. With an integrated rollaway bed, it was enough for the 4 of us.
Very good location too, the beach is a 2 min walk and lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, many of which are open till late.
Some small improvements that could be made. The bathroom needs a vent fan as it gets quite warm and can’t leave the window open overnight due to the main road outside. AC wasn’t on before we came into the room so it was quite warm.
However overall a great hotel and we will definitely be staying here again!"
