The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and exceptionally clean. Lots of things to do on the grounds. My room had a ceiling fan but no AC...not a problem right now but would probably not be the best option during hot season. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come again.

The manager Mr. Thy and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. He booked an all day tour for us that I recommend. The free shuttle to town was convenient. He helped us to buy train tickets to Vang Vieng. You have a choice for daily breakfast that was very nice. The night we arrived they had a Christmas party with free food and drinks for guests. Only downside to stay was water for the shower and was not very hot.

Wonderful staff, all so very welcoming, friendly and helpful with everything we needed. A lovely room with private balcony, mini fridge, tea pot, amazing breakfasts with both Lao and western foods- lots of fruits! Bikes available to borrow, clean small swimming pool. River access. Beautiful landscape and easy access to city center via bamboo bridge ( except in monsoons). Love this place and will definitely return!

Clean room, staff very helpful, breakfast was very good especially the coffee and centrally located.

My friend and I stayed here in October. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was built on the hillside over looking the town. about a 10 min bike ride or 3 mins in car to city centre. hotel has a free shuttle that you simply request when you're ready to go out. very convenient. The location was quiet. The hotel beautiful and tastefully decorated. Each room has a balcony facing the pool with plenty of lush vegetation around to obscure views from neighbours a bit. The pools was lovely with a...

Second time I've stayed at this hotel. Beautiful location overlooking the Mekong, with breakfast included in the room rate and served outside across the street. Free transport (one way) to any place in town. The staff greets you warmly. They noted that my birthday was occurring during my stay and surprised me with a birthday cake at their restaurant. When I lost my wallet, a staff member drove me to the police station and helped me file a report. Excellent experience in every way.

This boutique hotel is perfect for solo travellers and couples. It is located alongside the river thus affording an easy and relaxing view of the Mekong, if you dont mind the low murmur of passing boats. A few steps across the street from the hotel is the terrace restaurant, the hotel's extension where breakfast is served daily. I think this is the main draw. One can just relax here and take in the fresh air while enjoying a drink. It is a front row seat to witness the daily flow of life in the...

Spectacular views. Staff was accommodating, welcoming, gave us great room with view of the city. Infinity pool was large & clean & gorgeous. Served pina coladas by the pool by friendly staff. Good cafe on premises, free shuttle to city every hour. Clean, quiet facilities. 360 degree view of the city. Best experience ever!!!

Excellent friendly, always smiling, staff! Comfortable clean room. Breakfast exceeded expectations. I'd prefer to be closer to the river and/or night market but the walk is ok!

The place was clean, with good staff and excellent service. Mr. Vongphet, Do, Jo, Thad, Sie, Kham and Jen were so helpful and caring. We will definitely come back again.

THIRD TIME I have stayed here, Quiet environment Great Staff and nice breakfast service overlooking the Mekong River

We loved the Choasis. It's a beautiful place with great food. What stood out for us was the staff. From the front desk to the pool bartenders to the cleaners, everyone was so kind, helpful and good humoured. I highly recommend The Choasis to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Simply a nice peaceful stay with great support from the staff. Their driver ended up taking us on a nearly full day tour of Kuang Si Falls and everything in between!

Great hotel! It's in great shape, great staff and good food too.
