"We arrived at this place, 30km in the mountains in rural Thailand to find that there was no one staffing it. The fact that Hotels.com is even asking me to review this is pretty wild. We got a refund, but that did not compensate us for a full day of wasted travel, plus the experience of showing up to a reservation and having no one there literally on top of a mountain in Thailand, nor did it fix the fact that we had to make book an emergency hotel that was grossly subpar."

"I booked standard rooms but found out there are small rooms (and were designed for accompanied people such as tour guides or drivers). Our rooms are hidden at the backyard and we can't see any view from the room. One of the room we book doesn't even have windows (it's only small air vent inside the room, not really what you can call windows.)
