「Excellent check in and very accommodating staff. Rooms are basic yet comfortable and clean. Hot water with shower and great sized fridge. There were three really sweet dogs in the surrounding area and I particularly liked how the staff at hotel appeared to be looking out for these strays, said a lot about the staff at the hotel so got big thumbs up from me. 「We booked a villa. The scenery was beautiful, the resort had numerous issues which affected our stay. The toilet/shower doors were very difficult to close due to warping and lack of maintenance. The front light didn't work, so the room was dark. The air-conditioning hardly worked and only barely managed to keep the room cool at night (between 8pm and 6am). 「This was an absolutely great find. After traveling through Thailand for about three weeks and experiencing all kinds of different hotels, this was like stumbling into an oasis. The property was clean, the room was large and modern, and it had a balcony with an great view to boot. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond. She helped us set up a private boat tour of the lake, as well as arranging taxis for us throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again.」
