"On the confirmation letter right at the top, it said check in is from 4:00-8:00pm. We arrived shortly after 7:00 pm and the place was locked up. I tried buzzing the door and calling the number for the hotel, no one answered. This reservation was fully paid for. Way down at the end of the reservation document it said that you have to contact them at least 24 hours before your arrival. This should have been included at the top of the document where it says check in is between 4:00-8:00. We...
