「Don’t get fooled by them advertising a free shuttle to the airport. If you fly out at 7 am they will not provide you a shuttle at 4, in fact they won’t even help you get a taxi. They tell you to do it yourself. We had to clean the bathroom floor on arrival and the towel was black. And they charge for everything. - an extra pillow- 50 baht.. etc… the location is horrible and not close to anything. Do not book this hotel.」

「The shuttle bus service is convenient, though a bit hard to locate outside the airport, I was helped by other staff from other agents or transport service to direct me to find Siam Mirandana's staff as I could not see any notice or signs. Note that the staff was helping another family when I located him. The booked family suite was」

「Clean and convenient hotel but the AC made a big noise just above my head during whole night and couldn’t sleep well.」

「Wonderful outside pool you can stay for a whole afternoon」

「They had a spa? I wasn't aware or reminded. The shops nearby were great!」
