"Absolutely stunning - beautiful grounds, service is stellar, and the room was a gem. Cannot recommend enough, a little getaway in the city. A little outside most of the sites, but there is transportation to take you down to where things are at. At the end of the day you will be glad you're able to relax where its quiet, looking down over the Mekong River as you unwind."

"I must say that we stayed in July, which is low season and the hotel is doing some pretty big renovation. So there were very few customers. I think they should have close the entire hotel at that point. This being said, the room was spacious and very clean. The landscape is very well maintained and the hotel have a colonial feel. The pool is great too. We want to say that the staff is very helpful and kind. A special mention to Souli and Milo that made our breakfast very pleasant every morning. The only downside (that can be a good thing) is that the hotel is 8 to 10 minutes by car from the city centre. They have a shuttle every hour and a half. We didn’t mind since we rented a scooter. As I read before going the different services available by the hotel (massage, day trip, etc) are out of price."

"Super friendly staff. Mina at front desk arranged tours for us, pickup at airport before arrival. Tommy's were super spacious, super clean and high quality furniture. WIFI was tricky one afternoon but quickly solved. Deep bow to Mina, staff, drivers and personnel at restaurant. Breakfast had the best variety I have seen, and dinner had many choices. We stuck with Laotian, which was excellent, but there were pleb of choices including western and Asian. Great hotel, super staff "
