"Overall, my stay was mostly positive. When I first arrived, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. It was a little difficult to find my room at first, but I eventually found it without too much trouble.
When I got into the room, it was very clean and comfortable. The only small thing I noticed was that the tiles in the bathtub were slightly dirty, but it honestly didn’t bother me much.
Breakfast was really nice and I enjoyed the options available. The only issue I had during my stay was at the restaurant area. I waited for quite a while because an employee was having a conversation with someone else (I couldn’t tell if it was another customer or a friend). Once he noticed I was standing there, though, he did help me right away and everything was fine after that.
The main concern I had was with the billing. I paid almost $200 when booking through Hotels.com, but the hotel later charged me an additional $100 that I was not aware of. I reached out to ask about the charge, but I never received a response and still haven’t heard back. I wish the hotel had been more transparent about any additional fees ahead of time.
Other than that issue, the stay itself was comfortable, but the unexpected charge and lack of communication about it was disappointing."
