The place stunk like smoke even though I asked for non smoking. There were burn holes in the bedspread! It was grungy and stuff was smeared on the bathroom door. It was terrible!

There was no microwave or frig whichcwas very disappointing. It took 3 days to get an ice bucket. The bed pad and bottom sheet kept pulling off the bed. No coffee or breakfast just pay for items. The room just cost wasn't worth about $80 per night.

Cigarette burns, dirty, stains, bag over smoke detector, broken security latch, room in disrepair. It was so filthy!! It is not worth it for the location (nearness to Fort Meade for example)

It was okay for the price (around $80). When I first checked in the evening during my road trip, the front desk guy charged me twice. Luckily they returned the money to me. But the main problem: even though it says it’s a nonsmoking room, it was clearly a former smoker’s room or someone was secretly smoking. It felt very smoky, and there was cigarette butts on the quilt. I know what I paid for, but I thought a clean nonsmoking room should have been the minimum. Luckily I had Fabreeze and used it, and the room smelled less smoky. Still bad. The bathroom wasn’t that clean, but I beared it because we were only staying for half a day.

Staff lacking customer service. Amenities was limited. No blow dryer. Asked for extra towels and didn’t have any. The quality of towels sucked. So thin and looked dirty.
