Disappointed with this Doubletree (and I am typically a big Doubletree fan). Room had remnants of prior guests, and linen was not fresh. Room also showed wear and tear, including an unsteady toilet. Had to ask for new TV remote batteries. Only one server for the entire restaurant and bar. Check-in had no cookies and could not find my Hilton Honors number. Property described as upscale; it is not.

There was no hot water and the shower was only dripping. We asked for help but maintenance didn't come before we checked out. The front desk staff was very nice and agreed that it was unacceptable but our requests for a refund were ignored.

I have no problem with the property being pet friendly but it should be reiterated to all pet owners that pets should not be left unattended. There was a dog next door who barked all day...it was awful!
