Hotel was great host for the OCBTHECONQUER show we attended. Room was clean and quiet I loved it. But the microwave was awful !..when you put a meal in it just made noises and the tray wasn’t even. It just skipping and rolling around inside ..Other than that it was great!

Stay there 4 nights and never had maid service come in to clean room no clean towels and also whenever we arrived one of the beds hadn't been change and made properly.

At breakfast Sunday morning they put out orange juice that had vodka in it with the buffet and didn't even know it. Me and my girlfriend are both sober. She had a drink of orange juice with out knowing there was alcohol in it. It was very irresponsible of the staff and really put a damper on a great weekend for us. On Friday night we went down to get food from the restaurant at 9 pm. The restaurant is supposed to be open till ten and they said they kitchen was already closed. The bartender had a large group of people that in the bar and just didn't want to deal with two meals. Its funny to me because I was starving and after I totalled everything I was going to order with tip I would have spent close to $175.00. we ended up ordering Chinese food.

I like the amenities it offers, rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was very respectful. This is my first choice every time I come to visit family. They could provide more options with snacks tho, they didn't have anything I like personally, but overall, it's an excellent stay.

Staff was great. The rooms were clean. However, you had filled in your spa by the pool and one thing we like is to use the spa at the end of the day. We would have picked a different spot based on this. Also the hallways always smelled of marijuana.

When were there the receptionist tell me that the breakfast is on Monday. For me it’s was like everything one have access to the breakfast on morning. Unfortunately they charge me it. I were at the room 421, I couldn’t sleep all night long because of fridge’s nose. I wasn’t satisfied for my stay

Had a good stay overall, but make sure you check the alarm clock before you go to sleep. The alarm clock in my room was set for 5:45am, so I was not happy about that, since I wasn't planning to wake up until 8am. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable, but it was hard for me to get comfortable enough to fall asleep since none of the pillows had any firmness/neck support. There was plenty of well-lit parking though and the hotel is in a quiet area with easy access to the highway and shopping/dining options.
