「This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. 「Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

「The property was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet with street parking and accessible to food and shopping options. The property host was easy to deal with and very accommodating. I highly recommend!」

「There are many people outside of the building which is a locked building but the key is hard to use to open the door. The bar downstairs is super loud and you can’t open the windows because they are pLexi glassed shut. 」

「Could not get access to property. numerous phone calls and text messages were not returned. Hotels.com finally had to re-book us at a different hotel. 」

「Communication was a little delayed but could be because we’re using a third-party for the booking. This place is okay for a short term stay like 2 days, not really long term equipped. 」
