A cordialidade dos funcionários é péssima!
Café da manhã mais ou menos, não tem coisas básicas como mel.
Tive um problema com a roupa que mandei lavar, tudo é bem mais ou menos, mas o pior é a cordialidade do funcionários!

Ponto negativo o processo de pegar itens na recepção e não ter entrega de produtos nos quartos

Gosto bastante do Hotel 10 de Balsas, pelo conforto que nos oferece, sempre que viajo de férias com a família no retorno a Palmas-TO, nos hospedamos lá.
Hotel excelente, confortável, bem localizado, próximo a bares e lanchonete. Sempre a minha opção de escolha na cidade. Ponto negativo foi durante 3 dias não repor item de higiene (papel higiênico)
O quarto é muito bonito, limpo e organizado e moderno também, a bancada é maravilhosa, porém os assentos não são ideais, ao invés de colocar uma cadeira confortável de escritório vocês colocam puffs que nem têm encosto impactando de trabalhar mais confortável
Governança deixa a desejar, esqueci um objeto no quarto, no mesmo dia entrei em contato para guardar o objeto, falou que iria guardar porém fiquei sem resposta, insisti durante 12 dias, até que no 12 dias recebi a resposta que não foi encontrado, isso mostra que não possui comprometimento no atendimento, descaso, simplesmente ignoraram o pedido de guardar meu objeto, valor próximo a 250 reais, não pro preço e sim pelo apego. Não possui comprometimento com os hóspedes.
Excelente hotel! Funcionários atenciosos e compromissados em atender bem o cliente, tanto os da recepção quanto aos que dão apoio durante o café da manhã. Estes foram de uma cortesia ímpar, estão realmente de parabéns!
O hotel é super novo, é bem conforto! O preço é um pouco alto tendo em vista o tamanho do município. O grande destaque fica pela Dona Raimunda do Café da manhã extremamente educada. O pessoal da recepção precisam melhor mais no atendimento, o café da manhã é bom!
