"Great place. But having to pay 60 Reals to get the room cleaned is ridiculous. I stayed for 10 days and did not have the room cleaned for free not even once. Only recommend for short stays"

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a great stay — always greeting with a smile and happy to help. "Vale muito a pena pela localização, pela simpatia dos colaboradores e principalmente pelo Full Jazz Bar, anexo ao hotel… infelizmente o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas isso penso que o hotel pode tomar providências! No mais, recomendo muito!"
