Ar condicionado nos dois quartos e sala, tornando o ambiente fresco em dias de calor escaldante. Bom sinal WiFI. Local tranquilo para familia em rua sem saida, proximo do comercio em geral e ponto de onibus. Curta distancia ate o centro da cidade.

"Wonderful place. Covered play area with toys for kids and pool and outside kitchen communal. The owner kindly gave me a ride to the ticket booth for Beto Carrero World because their website was not working for me. Very wonderful people here. Thanks so much."

"This property was a huge disappointment.
The kitchen was completely unusable - cups, plates, and pans were dirty and greasy, many were damaged, and the drawers were broken.
The entire area felt unhygienic and was crawling with cockroaches. Because of this, I couldn’t prepare any meals and had to spend extra money on online food delivery every day, which was not part of my budget. This not only increased my costs but also caused great inconvenience during my stay.
