「The staff were extremely kind and helpful 」

「Rough rural property. Shower didn’t work and bathtub slippery and risky for seniors. Beds clean and comfortable and terrace with a lovely view of cow pasture, lots of swallows and birdsong. So — mixed. The Rising Sun restaurant connected was very good and inexpensive.」

「Front desk staff helpful. No lift so stairs to rooms but staff did carry luggage. Convenient location, lovely dinner in bar. Close to Irwin’s for drinks and music. Not sure why but we were told not to drink tap water and had to carry water from bar. Very close to Cahir castle.」

「An absolutely beautiful hotel in the most perfect location. Well appointed, comfortable rooms with lots of extras (even chocolate on the night stand). Great shower with plenty of hot water. Lovely staff. Breakfast in the dining room was very good and well priced. Location can’t be beat and included parking for just 5 euros. Everything we wanted to see was a short stroll ( not long enough to be a walk) This is the place to stay!!!」
