「The place was spacious, and pretty clean. Self checkin was easy. We did not have working wifi and we sadly never got a reply from the host. There was also a window that could not close. The kitchen is very simple in its supplies, but works for the basics. There was a washing machine which was very nice to have. Overall a good-ish experience, despite the wifi not working, the broken window mechanism and the host not answering.」

「For my first B&B experience, Crystal Springs blew me out of the water. When I arrived I was greeted by Harvey, a big sweetie of a dog, and then the hostess, who was the most lovely woman. The breakfast each day was so filling, warm, and delicious; the fruit salad and soda bread were my favorite additions to my smoked salmon toast each morning. The room was pristine, the whole facility clean and beautiful, and it was such a great stay. I will definitely stay there again during my next trip! 」

「Amazing location on the side of the lake with views of the remains of Castlelough Castle. Easy access to the sights in Killarney and the national park, as well as to the Ring of Kerry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little aged but that kind of adds to the charm. The room was clean and had the usual amenities. Would stay there again in future!」

「A centrally located B&B/inn in Kenmare with large, clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a large bath. The included breakfast is good as well. However there were two knocks for me. One, the shower was warm but not hot. And two, and this is my fault, these are rooms above a pub, and on a Saturday night in prime tourist season with live music playing till near midnight, and street noise as well, I did not get a good night’s sleep. I knew that was a risk but there were few options in town booking last...
