Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any requests. We are group of 4 families and the owner arranged kitchen staff to make breakfast to our liking and packed for some of our members who could not be on site for breakfast. We would definitely recommend the place without hesitation.

Lovely location

Lovely views over the sea, only open for dinner in evening and breakfast for residents. One of the days we had no hot water but it was fixed the next day!

Una and Greg, the owners, are amazing hosts! The food and drink is amazing and their 8 guest rooms are big, clean, and perfect for a one night stay or a week long visit. Will definitely go back!

This was upstairs in a pub, Way over priced for what you got. Small rooms and lamps didn't even work. You can find much nicer places in Ballybunion, would never start here again

Newly refurbished room with lovely views over to the castle. Very clean and modern. Big shower. The only negative was that the room was very cold, heating wasn't turned on.

Jack the manager on duty to great care in welcoming us to McMunns. The place is right across from the ocean and down the road from Ballybunion golf. I needed to get up early and Jack made sure I could help myself to breakfast before I played. We were also allowed a late check out. I would recommend to anyone looking to play the course.

McMunns gem of a place.

My Wife and I stayed here for three nights. Best view in the house! Room 2 faces the sea with a spectacular view of both beaches and the Castle ruins on the green. The rooms are fresh and modern and a pleasure to stay in. We ate in the Restaurant both on the night we arrived and on our final night, I had forgotten to book a table on the last night but not to worry, Una made sure we would be looked after even though the place was obviously booked out. After a fabulous meal we were treated to some cracking music in the Bar, met a music Legend and enjoyed quite a few beers! I can't say enough about our hosts and the staff. Friendly, efficient, polite and nothing was too much bother. we were very well looked after from start to finish. Ballybunnion gem

We could not have been made more welcome at McMunn’s and all staff remembered our names and were thoughtful and attentive in a perfect manner. Newly designed bedrooms and bathrooms are delightful as is the seaside location. A great stay!
