"Horrible experience. We booked a king room with a balcony for five nights and were very disappointed when we got there. They gave us a ground floor room that hardly had any natural light and was very basic with a very small bed! When asked if we were in the correct place the owners told us that they had sold the original apartment that we booked and paid for. Nothing was communicated to us prior to checkin. We left within the first hour of checking in and took us close to three weeks to receive...

"First time at the Ballina Manor Boutique Hotel. Our first impression was what a lovely art deco hotel. It was spotless. The staff are outstanding even asked us if we needed a hand with our luggage. The breakfast was lovely and well catered for. The lady was so lovely who was working. We will be back. Great location. It's so nice to have accommodation like this."
