"The room itself was great and clean. Staff was friendly, but there were some incidences while we were there that really put me off. Sketchy people in the lobby, someone doing burnouts in the parking lot after 11pm, weed smells in the corridors, any one thing wouldn't have put me off, but with all that happening I won't be coming back."

"Clean and spacious apartment, great for large groups. We loved supporting the recovery of Biltmore Village, so we understood that repairs were in process. We had bugs in the kitchen which needs attention, the only drawback."

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. The room is so cute and the single rose in the bathroom is beautiful. Our only complaint is the food in the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge on our arrival. The food was not very good, the carbonara wasn’t even edible. The second night we walked down to the social and the food was amazing! The trout and the pork chop were both excellent and 1/3 of the price (which we don’t mind paying for good food). We will be back but we will not be eating on the Inn property. "
