Nicolo is the best. If you are unable to let him know when you are going to arrive, there is a number for you to call him to come let you in. We did that and he appeared in less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy, just across the street. Nicolo is a great guy and very helpful. Room is great. The whole B&B looks new and fresh. You really should be very pleased with your stay. We were.

Nicolo was an incredible host, extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us and let us check in early due to our flight hours. I would recommend this accommodation to my family and friends. Me and my husband will definitely return to this location.

Des hôtes extraordinaires. Nicolò et Alessya se sont dévoués pour nous et les autres invités. Endroit au coeur d'une belle petite communauté en bordure de mer. De l'acceuil à l'entrée jusqu'à la salle de bain, tout est parfait. Avions une superbe terasse sur le toit où le petit déjeuner copieux et généreux fut servis. En plus une cuisinette complète à notre disposition. Air conditionné très fonctionnel. Immeuble impeccaple. Tout parfait.Tout beau. À refaire. Merci Nicolò et Alyssya.

Feels like home in Sicily
We spent over two weeks in Sicily. The Stanze del Mare is near top of list. Exceptional property. Great community - the only one we discussed returning to for an extended stay.

Just one night for something different close to airport. Owner was great and helpful and we had a great meal and then breakfast at his suggestion plus a great nights sleep!

Although for only 1 night, my experience was great. Nicolo sent me a message asking when I expected to arrive. He met me when I arrived and was very helpful with telling me about where to eat and what to see. I would stay there again. The next morning I had breakfast on the terrace at the top of the building and had plenty of time to walk around town again for some scenic pictures.

I can highly recommend this hotel and giva a big star to the stuff Nicola who was so amazing and wonderful in taking care of us as guests! The rooms and the hotel is really nice.

communication was over the top even with our late check in. Room exceeded our expectations very clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The breakfast ticket at a local bakery was so good best pistachio croissant ai had in my trip. Thank you we will definitely stay here if we come back!

Siamo stati accolti da Nicolò, un ragazzo giovane estremamente disponibile e gentile, ci ha indicato i luoghi di maggior interesse nella zona, spiagge e ristoranti. La struttura è semplice, pulita, spaziosa, sembra di stare a casa. La colazione è buona e varia, fresca ogni mattina, servita sulla terrazza dell’hotel.

Schönes kleines Hotel
Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und bittet schöne geräumige Zimmer. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind in unmittelbarer nähe. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man so braucht.

New and very nice!
The accommodations were very new and modern. Nicolo was a great host and ensured that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. One of the better experiences in Sicily.

Un B&B très bien. Tenu pas des personnes qui cherchent à nous satisfaire (des petits plus très agréable : à disposition gracieusement des parasols et tapis de plage, des stationnements,...) De plus, ils sont de très bon conseil pour faire découvrir la région et la cuisine. Emplacement très agréable au coeur du village. Et la top le toit terrasse avec vue sur mer pour le petit dej et à disposition pour le reste du temp
