「We booked this stay for our anniversary, and the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we were told there was no parking near our building due to events and were directed to a distant grass lot. We were also charged an unexpected $39 “lodge fee” that wasn’t disclosed at booking. The desk clerk gave us incorrect directions to our room. After walking around with our luggage and carrying it up stairs (no elevator), we still couldn’t find it. Calls to the office went unanswered....

「This is a smallish Hotel but it is big on charm, Location and amenities. It is right across from the mountain coaster and walking distance to all of the fun of Helen Georgia. I really enjoyed my stay there and they made us feel special.」

「Although this is an older facility it appeared to be freshly updated. It’s not flashy, but if you want a good value for the price, this is the place.」

「Check in was easy It's a little out of town. About a 10 min walk The bedroom needed a bed upgrades and a deep cleaning. Breakfast was ok」

「It’s a clean and well maintained property. And the staff were friendly and professional. The free breakfast was really disappointing though. It was all unhealthy highly processed cheap food like white bread/bagels/mini muffins/cereals. The only fresh fruit was some whole apples and the coffee wasn’t good.」

「Good breakfast. Nice center lounge area with snacks available to allow groups to sit and visit. The room was spacious and comfortable; however, the tub drain was moldy since there is no fan in the bathroom. That was the only issue. Highly recommend. 」
