「Front desk staff was very helpful. My room overlooking the wooded courtyard was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for having a heated swimming pool and offering delicious coffee and citrus water all the time. The only suggestion I have is to bring in a professional carpet company to fix the carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor. It obviously was installed by someone who really did not know what they were doing and is definitely a tripping hazard.」

「I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.」

They were waiting because they had just been told that they were overbooked and there were no more rooms.
