This little hideaway motel is a block away from Times Square. Beds are firm so if you're not used to it then bring a foam pad. Only had one serious problem but not the motels fault. Street crew decided to start jack hammering in front of the motel at 11pm and I was awaken at 4:38 with someone yelling at them to stop.

Some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why, but they could improve their customer service skills. Additionally, the communication between the hotel and the valet is terrible.
