Two people at the reservation desk with a line that snaked around 3 times is ridiculous especially on a holiday week day. Self service kiosk are too confusing and don’t work. Decided to use a different credit card when trying to check in the self service kiosk but the kiosk sent me to the reservation desk because of this. Didn’t receive my VIP access perks either

Book room in advance and when i got on my date the person at desk giving rooms who didn't have reservations and i got a room didn't reserve and i had settled on a different room.
