"Peaceful & relaxing with a beautiful beach & safe swimming. The Garden Villas were delightful & the staff genuinely friendly with good service standards. There is a lifeguard on duty who is both informative about sea conditions & the wildlife around. The birdlife is stunning. Only one small quibble in that the inner pool area could do with a bit of a clean.Other than that all good & would certainly recommend."

"This hotel is situated on a beautiful private property, with a lovely garden and private beach with rock pools! Food - especially Sri Lankan food - was fantastic! The staff also made sure they did everything to make our stay a lovely one. But sadly, the place wasn’t up to standard. Rooms, toilets and surrounding areas looked worn down. "The hotel rooms and facilities were well kept. The food was good, even though the variety could be wider. Local draft beer that is served in the resort was good and I'm a beer person. The personnel was beyond friendly and very helpful. The down side is the beach and the water. The waves were so strong that the sweeming was out of the questions ((("
