"We had a wonderful stay here with our family and would happily return. All of the staff were fantastic throughout our stay — always friendly, attentive, polite and genuinely welcoming. The whole resort was very clean, beautifully presented and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast choice was amazing with plenty of variety for everyone, and the dinners were equally fantastic with delicious food and excellent service every evening. Overall, a lovely family stay and a resort we would definitely come back to. Highly recommended!"

"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel — it honestly felt like going on a peaceful meditation and yoga retreat. The entire property is beautiful, calm, and incredibly relaxing. The grounds are stunning, the villas are amazing, and the staff made the experience even more special with their warm hospitality. The onsite restaurant offers so many healthy options and the food was absolutely delicious. One of our favorite parts was that you don’t even need to leave the property to watch the sunset — it’s literally right in your backyard. The hotel also offers a beautiful sunset dinner experience, and so many people from other hotels actually come here just for dinner and sunset, so definitely book early because it gets very popular. They also have live piano music every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday which creates such a relaxing atmosphere. The infinity pool is amazing and so peaceful to relax in. The location is also perfect — only about 10 minutes to Padang Padang Beach and around 20 minutes to Uluwatu Temple. There are also shops and restaurants within walking distance from the property. Honestly, we spent most of our time at the hotel because it gives you no reason to leave. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and feels like a true escape. We would definitely stay here again and next time would love to try one of the ocean view rooms. Highly recommended, especially for the value!"

"The hotel is very beautiful. There is some renovations occurring but once the pool and new gym is complete it will be very beautiful and appealing to more guest. The pool is very beautiful. The current gym needs help but if you don't use the gym on vacation you're not missing anything. Staff was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was good. Variety of food. We highly recommend "

"I had an amazing week and stay at two palms. As a solo female traveller from Australia I felt 100% safe at this hotel. They had everything I needed and more. Many restaurants around, or a short and cheap gojek bike to anywhere down the main strip and padang padang beach. The front of the hotel is on a fairly busy street. They also keep security around the front too. When I arrived I was offered a lemon coconut water drink and Yuli showed me around the room. They also offer breakfast delivered to your room with the restaurant directly downstairs (Alma Tapas Bar). Or feel free to go down to eat for 10% off. The people there are also very lovely and polite. I stayed in the 'Nyang Nyang' room. It had a filtered water dispenser, a small balcony, a huge comfortable bed, two bathrooms, a decent kitchen, fast wifi, a desk, two air cons, block out & sheer blinds all in a big loft-style set up. My room was offered to be cleaned every single day, including washed dishes, remade bed, folded pyjamas, refilled water bottles upstairs. Everything felt very thought through. The rooftop pool is just stunning, warm and clean. A lovely view and has a toilet + shower up there too. At the pool you can hear the streets and construction, which didn't bother me as you can't really hear it at all inside my room. Thank you so much Yuli and the team."

"While the property is very picturesque there isn’t an ocean view from the pool area. Breakfast was very nice, some things are missing from the room such as milk for coffees. Staff were lovely. At times service was a little slow, mostly at the pool and you need to ask for water"
