Good hotel but a bit far from the city centre.

Hotel is quite far from the city centre but close to the metro station. Staff is extremely friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was also very good.

4 nights, great stay a bit out of the center Nizami Street, however bolt/uber are very cost effective, so the location is no problem. Breakfast adequate to set you up for the day. Plenty of bars and restaurants within in 10 minutes walking distance.

Great location

The hotel is outside city center but well-connected with Metro and bus. There are restaurants and cafes around. Very convenient. Cleanliness needs to be proved. will stay again.

Front desk NEVER picks up the phone and they also nickel and dime you for every little thing such as shower caps and toothbrushes.

A good choice if you are not looking for luxury

Disposable slippers were not provided at the hotel. That's a minus. Breakfast is good but payment for it was more than it deserved. There was no self service coffee - tea boiler and material in the room. Plusses are: Hotel staff were very helpful and with a smile. Rooms, bed, shower and hotel interiors were very clean (that you may not see at a 5 star hotel). Pricing for accommodation was competitive I do not complain about it but it could have been a little lower to be really customer friendly. Location was ok.

I booked and paid this hotel with Expedia prior to arrival. They charged me again with my credit card on the check-in day. When I called to complain about multiple charges they hang up on the phone, ran me around for several times. Finally I sent them e-mails about the second charge to dispute they never reply my emails. This happened only 2 weeks ago and the double payment issue never resolved yet.
