Excellent hotel with all facilities

The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of the city. We were upgraded to a suite and had a lovely time. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. Wifi was good. Would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again. Thank you!

The time I arrived, there where on good reaction for me from the front desk they didn’t try at least to check in the computer if there is availability or not for upgrade in the same time my friends had three rooms and they upgraded them. I don’t know why to keep in mind. This is my fifth time in the same hotel and I think it will be the last time. Thank you very much.

Good access point near downtown and shopping mall as well Starbucks coffee, Paul bakery. Staff was kind and good at english as well good services and good internet condition( my personal experience, internet condition is better than any other hotel in Baku.)

Fantastic welcome upon arrival. Very good service. Breakfast awsome, but unfortunately not included in the room price. Hotel restaurant & bar also very good. Minus for no minibar and lamp at the desk didn't work properly.
