Hotel manager Ozgut provides excellent service
Hotel manager Ozgut was exceptional addressing some minor issues with the room. You can see that management is very keen on providing 5 star service to a beautiful facility , that is located in very good part of the city.

The perfect hotel! Clean, best location in town, safe, nice staff and the most perfect pool! The pool is amazing!! We loved out stay and can't wait to go back.

The hotel is perfect apart from the carpet in the lobby had some stains and seemed really old. Some fine tuning touches need to be there. lighting in the Suite Living room is really limited and dark. Overall, the hotel is really good.

Usual City Business Hotel
Good location and good staff. No four seasons wow factor. Only one choice of dining venue. May try another newer hotel if visiting Baku again

Excellent hotel with convenient city centre location! Beautiful views over old town and Philharmonic concert hall park. Didn’t try the restaurant, but accommodation was very comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Four seasons never lets down.

It was very nice trip. I love the place of the hotel, it was almost in the middle of everything The old town was just behind it.

Best time spent in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Our stay was amazing with best location, facilities and above all very friendly and helpful front office staff. The rooms are big and well equipped. The breakfast is worth every penny. House keeping was very prompt . I would recommend this hotel in Baku to every One.
