There are so many clubs nearby so if you aren’t partying you won’t be able to sleep properly at night due to loud bass all night

The property is centrally located and a perfectly fine hotel, even without the benefit of a lift/elevator. Unfortunately, the hotel neighbours a very noisy nightclub, the thumping music from which kept me awake every night until the very early morning hours. Not great when you have an early excursion the next day. The room was fine and generally clean though the bed linen did have an obvious tobacco odour. So central and value for money but not perfect.

ホテルの住所が間違っているので何とかしてほしい（これはすべてホテル側の責任である）。 レセプションは2Fで、エレベーターがないのでスーツケースはかなり厳しい。 部屋の中の設備は悪くない、周辺は夜遅くまで賑やかだが室内は静か。 コーヒー・テイーサービス、電気ポットあり。 朝食は基本的にcold dishesのみ。 観光、ショッピングに便利。 May 28駅まで徒歩３０分、Heydar Aliyev Centerまで徒歩６０分。

This hotel has a very hard stairs. If your room in the 3rd floor, then you have to climb! Breakfast was not good at all, same poor menu every morning. One of the reciption personnel was very body in the way she's talking to customers. Location is very good and close to center of Baku

Nice hotel in central Baku

Great central location, and nice amenities. This place was extremely comfortable! The only thing that could be an issue for some is the lack of elevator. We stayed on the 3rd floor and didn’t mind climbing the stairs though. Breakfast is also included which was a nice perk.

Broken promises and disappointing service

When booking the hotel I was informed there would be a sauna and a pool. When inquiring at the hotel I was informed that there was in fact no such thing. The breakfast buffet was disappointing; - The "fresh" fruits and vegetables were clearly old and dry, - The scrambled eggs and other "warm" food at the buffet were lukewarm at best - with the center of my first mouthful being outright cold - even the juice was sub-standard Compared to other hotels I have tried in Baku, the food and service at Austin was below service. Guests might also want to pay attention to the fact that the hotel reception is on the second floor - and there is no lift. So luggage will have to be carried up by... yourself.

Todella ystävällistä palvelua. Hotellista tilattu nouto lentokentältä ei oikein onnistunut. Useiden soittojen jälkeen hotelliin, nouto 2h odottelun jälkeen. Kahden tunnin odottelu klo. 04.00 lentokentällä ei mukavaa. Mikäli ongelmia kiivetä jyrkkiä rappusia pitkin huoneeseen kannattaa välttää. Kadulta ensin pari kerrosta vastaanottoon ja siitä kolme kerrosta huoneeseen.

Good hotel not overly busy and well located

2nd stay here, I like where it's located close to local restaurants and away from high numbers of expats. Could do with a better choice at breakfast but I will be staying here again next February

Good but service could be better

Bedroom spacious and quiet at night despite they are right above active pedestrian streets. Beds could definitely be better. Good cleaning service. Breakfast : forget about it. Quite poor and almost not drinkable coffee. Better use the coffee shops around. Staff : really depends on the people present. To get a taxi : forget about it, they are very unefficient and disapointing ! 1 hour to get a taxi in center of town is really not acceptable ! Same goes for the taxi fares that are much more expensive than usual. To get advices on a tour around the city or outside in Azerbaijan, just don't count on them, they know absolutely peanuts. You have to do it on your own (which is far from being easy if you don't speak Russian, not to say Azeri). It is a good base hotel very well situated, with kind staff speaking English, but they definitely are far from being a travel agency, so everything that goes beyond the room itself it outside of their competence...
