Had a wonderful time staying at the WoodSpring Suites. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also very safe. Will definitely stay here again but the future.

Everyone was nice. The property was a little worse for wear and my non-smoking room had a very heavy perfume smell which somewhat covered up a previous smoker in the room.

I get to the hotel & I was about to check in when I needed to leave all of a sudden I told her "I WILL BE RIFHT BACK" soon as I leave I get a notification of a transaction. Vanessa front desk girl charged me for one night because I didn't check in before 5pm causing me to lose my weekly rate. I called and said what the charge was for and she said "IF YOU DONT CHECK IN BEFORE 5PM WE START CHARGING" I SAID "WHAT!?!? SO you guys have a cut off time before checking in?" She said "NO" I said ok wow. When I come back to check in I'm confronted by another girl Yolanda. She was so rude didn't greet me or nothing and while staying there she made me hand wash my bedding because they won't exchange you new sheets if the sheets you bring in aren't clean. Defeats the purpose of them providing clean sheets I know. Keep in mind I'm 6 months pregnant have a 4 & 10 month old baby with me. When I go to check out the terrible manager Amber, workers get their attitude from her because she was the worst! She told me if all the girls in the front had bad attitudes then maybe it's not them it's me. I said "EXCUSE ME?" they needed to check my room to see if nothing was broken or missing I asked "Do you check everybody room who checks out?" She replied with a terrible attitude "YES, YEA WE DO!" Which is a lie because I've stayed there before and that didn't happen. Overall girls are all rude except Amanda she was an angel.

No breakfast and too many pets. The hallways smelled like pet urine and people were so loud upstairs. At one point someone had pulled the fire alarm in the hallway. I don’t recommend staying here unless nothing else is available like in our situation. Vanessa at the front desk was the only good thing at this place.

The pics and info on the web made this place look nice. It is really in a bad neighborhood with not so nice looking people around. People trying to break in. etc.

Awful service in the night when others are blasting music all night. They did nothing to make them turn down the music. We gave up and packed and left in the early hours.

The elevator went down the morning of our check in and was not fixed at all during our short stay. It was very inconvenient to walk the stairs especially to the higher floors with luggage. Also, we couldn’t sleep because there was a maniac making A LOT of noise! I couldn’t believe it. It was scary.

Room heater AC was too noisy, had to unplug. Area looked unsafe, derelicts downing drugs behind local convenience store. Big metal fences around all busineses No place where I would eat.

Better than the Motel 6
If you need a place to sleep and want to save money, this is perfect. But the hallways were loud and the elevator was broken, making a trip to the third floor tiring. The front desk was nice and accommodating, given that we got there at 1am to check in. I probably would not stay here again but at least the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep.

Elevator broken 1 towel in each room we requested 1st floor they gave it away they said elevator was down for 2 days but they didn’t call us until hour before arrival no time to find another hotel

My Father stayed passing through to get to AZ some family checked their kids in next to his room then went across to their own room and let their kids have at it all night without supervision video games with shooting sounds all night, up until 4 am. Pounding and shouting all night long. No phone in the room to call front desk. Horrible and loud getting no rest.

The only thing I don't think is fair...that they don't have enough people working in resection. That day I stayed there was only one person and they had her take care of multiple things in the hotel. What prevented her from focusing on the people who were arriving to stay.

I didn’t stay at this hotel I tried to cancelled the day of my stay. I had an emergency was unable to stay. Hotels.com agent tried calling before check in time, no one answered I got charged. When I called talked to the manager said she was going to call me back. I called back the manager had me call hotels agent because they had no email which I did I even asked for they’re email so I can send the message prove and the hotel agent gave me the wrong email and the manager refused to give me my money back. So don’t have an emergency because you better show up if not your getting charge no matter what

There is nothing I liked. The photos when I booked showed some crockeries and a sofa bed. But when we got the room, not even a cup to make coffee or glass to drink water or a plate to eat our food was there. Kitchen was bare! No hangers! The room above us, someone was jumping until 2 am, literally jumping around the room!! The floor was dirty. In the Bathroom, only one soap was kept. We were waiting to check out from the moment we checked in.

This is definitely for extended stays, not for quick overnights. Probably an alternative to an apartment for a lot of people. Very basic, but clean, and the staff were very very nice. it felt safe because the staff were attentive.

Loved it!
Slept well and the rooms were very clean and huge, kitchen, microwave and fridge. The bed was comfy and the location was quiet. Also, the restroom was big and very nice.
