Overall, it was fine for one night. The motel is gated and there is a Burger King and a few other restaurants close by. When we drove up, there were 2 homeless men in front and next to the fence with their carts who were harmless and walked away as we drove up. There is a swimming pool but no water. Even if it did, we wouldn't go swimming there. We picked this because it was rated highly by people with families, so I wanted to share this for future families. It's owned by Motel 6 and the quality is comparable.
Great customer service, Front desk always friendly and accommodating. We stay there a lot and each time is always great. We feel completely safe and very comfortable there.
The room was spacious and clean. It had a big fridge, a microwave, and the restroom was big.
The private gate was a plus with the only downside that parking area was small and limited
Customer service was awesome, friendly, and respectful

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Questionable guests, they appeared to live there. Lots of late night activity from those guests, we could hear them outside of our room past midnight.
The room was clean which we appreciate however the exterior of the motel needs some upkeep to help it feel safer and desirable. For example, better landscape, cleaner hallways, cleaner parking lot.
Not sure if this can be improved but there was a lot of road noise that could be heard through the night.
Staff was nice.
