The place kept having the power go out so much of my stay I was hungry and had no way of charging my phone to get a ride let alone something to eat

It was fine. The staff was nice and everything was clean. The wifi was terrible but it could have been the storm too. It is what it is. A place to sleep.

Rooms are always clean even walking in the office everyone is friendly greet you right away and very understanding I made a few mistakes booking online and I don’t live in Bakersfield so when I do show up which is 1/2 in the morning they didn’t give me no problems about fixing my booking everyone is beyond nice will always go back

Door key would not work. Tried several room with same issue. Tried at least 6 times to get a card key to open a room. Then got locked out and had to start again. Room service couldn’t get in so they skipped my room them wouldn’t give me towels. I’ve seen cleaner garages. Will never return.

Went in thinking that this property was going to be just like every other Motel 6. I was wrong. I woke up at 2 AM and went to grab something off a nightstand and there were two roaches on it then I went near the fridge raider area and there were five or six roaches, crawling all over there as well.

The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty, full of cobwebs. There was a leak in the bathroom and the phone didn't work when i tried to call the front desk.

Overall it was clean, and check in staff was very friendly. We got NO sleep due to 2nd floor guest above us who kept stomping on the floor, seemed to be running around and dragging chairs! This went on for the majority of the night so we didn’t get any rest. When reported to the staff all she could say was “sorry about that”.

They double booked the room we left in the early in the morning to return to another man in our room.
