Great stay for our halfway point from Joshua Tree to the Bay Area. The hotel is pretty modern and the free parking just made things easy and more hassle-free. The room itself was a 1 bedroom king with a pullout couch, perfect for the kiddos. The kitchenette came in handy, as we needed to utilize the dishware and utensils unexpectedly. We utilized the outdoor pool during our stay (3ft-5ft deep which was also great for the kids). Free breakfast was an added bonus, so many dishes to choose from! I will absolutely stop here again next time.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The place is very convenient, next to highway 58 and less than 2 miles from 99. It's safe and quiet, cross the street is a nice Italian restaurant with great food. Room is clean, staffs are very nice. A lot of parking spaces. One thing I would hope to improve is the fan in the bathroom, ran all night and there was no way to turn it off. Oh, the sound proof was not too good if you have a loud neighbor and stays late and talk loud, we had one. Overall, it's a good stay.

The steel framing im guessing is the reason for the super loud sound from the room above. At 3am and 4-6am the next day I woke to the sound of metal tensioning, the sounds like a movie would have in a ship being damaged. It was just the room above me walking around.. the front desk offered to move me so we did. The next two rooms had broken TVs

Not sure how rate this, showed up from Portland with 10 people and they said my rooms were canceled weeks prior, I never canceled! The staff was very nice and helpful but unfortunately had no rooms to accommodate, luckily a 45 min drive away we were able to find rooms.

Bed: comfy, typical mattress. Pillows were not great. Room: spacious and clean. Kitchenette: no stove, nice size refrigerator and microwave. No K-cup coffee maker, just the regular proprietary filter pod. Well supplied with utensils, cookware, plates, and cups. Bathroom: shower small and poor water pressure. Vanity nice sized allowing for two to get ready at a time. Lighting not great but manageable for putting on makeup. Breakfast: lots of options and food was delicious. Pool: did not use but looked refreshing and clean.

Although the stay was great and the facility was very good. the Check in was horrible the staff was great and tried her best but the computer system went down and it took her over an hour to get us checked in and after a 4 hour drive waiting an hour to get our room was not very pleasant. was very disappoint.

The rooms were perfect & were very roomy for the 3 of us. Having the list of nearby restaurants was great & we enjoyed our takeout dinner from Frugatti’s-which was we were able to walk to. Overall I would stay here & recommended this to friends.

Beds are comfortable, big rooms, all amenities and nice and quiet. This time though, I smell an acrid sort of smell, not really bad but I have a very good nose. One of the elevators does not work properly… the doors don’t open on the top floor unless you hit the button for open. If you don’t press the button, the elevator just goes down and opens on the ground floor, or on a floor where someone hit the button to go down.

there were so many great amenities. The hotel has thought of every detail a family might need during a stay. However, there were an out of order ice machine in our hallway and a strong sewer odor. Additionally, the tile area by the elevator was not mopped for two days as it had wheel tracks and sticky spots in the elevator. The lobby bathrooms were not very clean either. I brought these to the attention of the front desk. I believe they were addressed.

Very noisy, could hear the people upstairs walking back-and-forth and people next-door from Jack and Jill door. Showerhead barely had any water coming out of it and drain plug was broken. Inside shower handle was improperly repaired, still looks broken. Other than that, it was very clean and great personnel. First bad experience from a Hilton Hotel.
