Good hotel for a one night stay. Quiet, clean and breakfast selection was good. Firm bed, just the way I like it, in room AC was quiet. There was a stale smell from bathroom when I arrived but after flushing and running water for abit and airing out, smell didn’t return. If passing through, will stay again

Property has unique features in it’s rooms that make you feel like you’re getting more than you paid for. Staff is well trained and delightful to work with. Manager is gracious and guest-oriented. Very good restaurants in the area or Costco hot dogs available across the highway. Always stop here on my way back from Northern California.

Very spacious room, clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Wish the jacuzzi was working when we got there, but it was working the morning we left. Over all great stay and amazing breakfast. We will be back!

Overall nice Hotel. The room that was first assigned to us had not been cleaned properly. The desk clerk immediately gave us a new room. The Bakersfield Comfort Suites has serious WIFI problems being very intermittent and limited. We generally like Comfort Suites but may avoid Bakersfield CS in the future

Property sits right off freeway, but far enough away you don’t hear the noise. Upon entry, the most agreeable staff I have ever met greats you with a cheerful “Hello” followed by a quick check-in and room assignment. Room was very clean and organized. This chain really has it figured out … their attention to details is impressive especially since they view it from the customer’s eyes not a profit/loss sheet. Little things like two full rolls of toilet paper built right into the wash room counter along with tissues being at the other end also built in so you can always find them. Unique room design has large room divided in half like it was a suite. Divided room has an open wall with arches and columns giving the room a spacious and expensive feel to it. One half has a nice couch and coffee table layout with a view of the large television, while the other half has a large bed and dressers for your clothes along with a large closet hidden behind a full length mirror. Room comes with an ample amount of appliances: hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, all tucked into shelving custom made for their nesting spots. A desk, dresser, and luggage bench round out the room while wash room has a plethora of cosmetics all in their own dispensers attached to the walls giving you ample counter space. All this comes with competitive pricing and a free breakfast included. Parking is ample and well lit. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance. A great choice.

It was in a center of many hotels, clean, no homeless-person area. Workers were friendly. Rooms were clean except one orange-yellow stain on the bottom side of the toilet bowl, which was the only letdown. Overall a comfortable stay.

Check in was easy. Elevator works and right next to reception. Room was clean, dated but clean. Curtains looked past their prime and the AC/heater was a bit loud. It's good for the price though. The Springhill suites had more updated and bigger rooms though so if you're comparing I'd go with Springhill.
